RETURNS

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@clubtwentyafter.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem. We will request photos of the damaged shipment.

 

**DO NOT USE ANY OF THE ITEMS IF YOU PLAN TO RETURN THE ENTIRE PACKAGE.**

 

Only items that have been purchased directly from Club Twenty After, LLC website can be returned. Club Twenty After products are not sold through any other retailers. Purchases made outside of Club Twenty After are not subject to our return policy.

 

Items that have been purchased directly through the Club Twenty After online store are eligible for return within 7 calendar days from the date the order is received. Items MUST be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

 

All products returned must include the original internal packaging materials, boxes and containers, and all items included in the product must be in the original condition it was received.

 

**Any items used in the merchandise received will disqualify the entire order for eligibility for return – no exceptions**

 

**Shipping for returns are at the purchaser’s expense**

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND 

Contact us via email at info@clubtwentyafter.com

 

In the subject line please include Request Merchandise Refund.

 

In the body of the email please include the following information:

 

  • First and Last name

  • The reason for your return

  • Your order number or email receipt you received from Club Twenty After

  • Attach photos of entire merchandise.

 

If your request is approved, you will receive instructions on returning your merchandise.  

 

Business Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am -5:00pm EST. Please allow 2 business days for a response.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used on the order and a notification email will be sent to you, minus a 20% restocking fee. Any shipping charges are not reimbursable.

 

Restocking fees will be waived if merchandise falls under one of the following:

  • Damage caused by the carrier

  • Merchandise missing

  • Merchandise color selections do not match the order

 

Refunds may take up to 30 days after receipt at our fulfillment center. If after 30 days, the refund still has not been received contact the card issuing bank of the payment method used on your order to see why the refund has not posted. If this has been done and there are still questions/concerns regarding your refund, please contact us at info@clubtwentyafter.com.

 

If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift certificate in the amount of the returned product minus shipping charges will be issued in place of a refund to the original payment method.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items, and items utilizing promo code discounts on products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

CONTESTS, GIVEAWAYS, & PROMOTIONAL 

Any products that have been distributed via a contest, giveaway, or promotional event are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

CANCELLATIONS

After an order has been placed, Club Twenty After cannot change or cancel your order. Orders that have been sent to fulfillment and/or shipped will be charged for shipping and normal restock fees will apply.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING MERCHANDISE

Please report damaged, defective or missing merchandise no later than 3 business days of delivery by emailing info@clubtwentyafter.com. Our team will work with you on a timely resolution. Please allow 2 business days for response.  

 

If your merchandise experiences shipping damage please be sure to keep all packaging, boxes, and foam received, as it is required for insurance damage claims. Failure to do so can mean denial of insurance claims and a denial of a refund.
